Your time is valuable, and you're juggling many responsibilities! Our goal is to make your life easier, so this year we are committed to keeping our partner update emails brief. We will provide you with additional resources if you wish to dig deeper into the topics covered, but want it to be easy for you to scan these emails and quickly find what you need.
 

Enter Registration Requests Early!
  • Registration spreadsheets are open and ready for your 25/26 school year course requests. With 76 partner districts entering requests at the same time, it can be a bit more difficult to turn them around right away. To be sure your students are able to get started on the first day, enter those requests as soon as you can!
  • Need a teacher to oversee your student? Be sure to get those requests entered early so we can balance needs vs. capacity. We do have some space(s) available, so don't hesitate to ask if you have a need.
  • Teachers using Digital Access? That request must be entered every year, and student rosters should be updated as well. 
  • Need training on digital learning platforms? Contact Ashley Anderson to schedule custom training for anyone in your district needing it!

Partner Meetings

Schedule your district's 15-minute fall check-in meeting!

We want to dedicate a bit of time to the unique needs of your district as we start a new school year. Bring any questions you have about your partnership with RVA, and we will provide a few brief updates.

Attendance at these meetings is a required component of the Engagement Credit.
